  • The product must be in resalable condition with all tags and labels attached

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Footwear with visible signs of wear or dirt
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit

6. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

7. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Order number and item details
    We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund depending on product availability.
