1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all locations within the United Arab Emirates. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days
  • Delivery time depends on your location and selected courier service, usually between 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: AED 15 – AED 25 depending on the delivery location
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders above AED 300 (within the UAE only)
    Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with tracking details so you can monitor the delivery status.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted local courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

6. Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:

  • The courier will attempt redelivery
  • You may be contacted to reschedule delivery
  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us, and re-delivery charges may apply

7. Delivery Delays

While we aim for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen courier issues. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.

8. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged or opened package:

  • Do not accept the delivery if visibly damaged

  • Share photos of the package and product for quick resolution

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all delivery details provided at checkout are correct. We are not responsible for delivery failures or delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
